The floor system is installed by Rob Todd Construction. This is the third home we've built with Rob.
In 2002, Todd Construction completed Cornerstone Lodge in Plain. It can currently be rented through Mountain Springs Lodge
In 2011, Todd Construction framed Summithouse near Cashmere, WA.
The land came with 2 large piles of aluminum irrigation hand pipe with Sonntag fittings. We worked as a family to sort, bend, break and load the pipe onto our utility trailer.
Break time. A much deserved rest after 45 minutes of sorting in the hot sun (we get over 300 days of sunshine every year!)
Our day was not without incident. The dad of the family, while speedily working (some described it as carelessly), sliced his thumb on the sharp end of a broken pipe. He continued to work, in spite of the pain, and with the help of his wife, finished the job.
Forms were built for the footings (and a couple of tough guys).
Another couple of tough guys did the actual work.
